With the 2021 CEDIA Awards looming, CEDIA is calling for submissions for the 2021 CEDIA Best New Hardware Product, Best New Software Product, and Product Hall of Fame awards before the Friday May14 2021 deadline.
The annual awards offer a high-profile opportunity to highlight ground-breaking innovations in hardware and software solutions for the residential technology integration industry.
"The CEDIA Awards provide a global platform to showcase the brilliant technologies residential technology manufacturers and suppliers develop each year," said CEDIA Interim Co-CEO, Giles Sutton. "Thoroughly-vetted, unbiased industry recognition is difficult to come by for manufacturers and product developers and the CEDIA Awards deliver a pathway for these innovators to get noticed by the integrators at the heart of the industry."
Finalists and winners compete against entrants in their respective Americas or EMEA regions. Award winners are selected by a panel of industry professionals. Finalists will be announced Monday d August 2 2021 and winning products from the Americas and EMEA regions will be named soon after.
The CEDIA Best New Product category features new-to-market hardware and software technologies that add value to the industry and enhance the lifestyle of customers. All Best New Product entries are required to have been released and be fully shipping between September 2020-2021.
Selections for the CEDIA Product Hall of Fame exhibit a significant, positive impact on the industry and have brought value to CEDIA members. Products must have entered the market a minimum of seven years ago.
Manufacturers and trade suppliers can start their journey at cedia.net/awards and visit the CEDIA Awards platform for entry costs and submission requirements.
