Introducing MyKNXStore
MyKNXstore.co.uk is one of the UK’s newest resources for KNX training and hardware. With one of the UK’s newest training centers our aim is to promote KNX as the protocol of choice for the custom install market. We are a small but specialist team with over 20 years’ experience in the high end residential market; most of us are KNX certified. We represent a selective nest of manufacturers from all corners of the KNX world, such as GIRA, Theben, ABB, Jung, Zennio, CP Electronics and more.

Who should use KNX?
Anyone who considers themselves an innovator and is involved in the CI market should have KNX as part of their range of services. It’s likely the brand systems you currently use can integrate with KNX and therefore can all respond to each other to create unique bespoke environments. Controlling branded lighting, heating, HVAC, blinds/curtains, door/gate entry and A/V as one system each responding to the other.

What’s more, with over 300 different manufacturers you’re not limited on hardware such as touchscreens and keypads, the range is vast, one of the main reasons designers promote it. You are also not tied to one company’s range of control equipment, the beauty of KNX is that everyone’s parts all work together!

Simple interfacing
In the vast majority of cases anyone with a KNX house or building will want to interface with it easily. To help facilitate that, we offer the Serva KNX visualisation device. Once configured on an Apple, Android or PC device you can control devices like blinds, call up lighting scenes, change room temperature from virtually anywhere. It couldn’t be easier or faster, the graphics are fully stored on the end devices, while only control commands and values are transmitted to the end devices. With the Serva KNX, configured IP cameras can also be viewed.

Prestige brands
We offer a wide variety of prestige brands. new to our portfolio is CJC Systems, a Belgian company with headquarters in the town of Roeselare, West-Flanders. The company is well known amongst European based architects, interior designers and electrical installers for stylishly designed switch panels, control panels and socket outlets. The main activity of the company is the design and manufacturing of design switch panels and control panels for the operation of lighting circuits and other electrical appliances. Since its foundation in 1994, CJC Systems has grown at a steady pace. The founders of CJC have expanded the range of products with innovative design switch panels. All ranges are now KNX compatible and certified.

How to become KNX certified
Becoming KNX certified needs a commitment, its 40 hours study including a practical and theory exam, it’s for those wanting to achieve the highest of standards and like everything you strive for it comes with the highest of rewards and the ability to install robust systems at a premium.
