Ascendo Immersive Audio

Backed by two decades of research into creating the ‘ideal’ speaker through a greater understanding of human auditory perception and room acoustics, the Ascendo Immersive Audio (AIA) line-up represents a wide range of highly advanced DSP-controlled active speaker designs, and a smaller number of passive speakers (with matching outboard DSP amplifiers). These components build into versatile state-of-the-art cinema systems reproducing audio signals in absolute time coherence across a wide frequency response and with excellent dynamic range, regardless of system configuration and room acoustics.

Balanced Audio Technology

Balanced Audio Technology (BAT) designs and builds high-end audio separates offering a distinctive combination of superb sound, advanced engineering and stellar construction. Defined by the principle that balanced circuits deliver better performance and celebrated for the cutting-edge design of advanced vacuum-tube technology, BAT’s globally acclaimed product line-up features preamplifiers, power amplifiers, DACs and phono stages. Proprietary tech includes the ‘Unistage’ circuit deployed by BAT pre-amps, which amplifies the incoming signal only once (unlike the multiple gain stages in common use), and an intelligent automatic-biasing circuit, which endows BAT’s vacuum-tube power amplifiers with plug-and-play simplicity.

Cornered Audio

In-akustik

In-akustik is a globally acclaimed brand of high-performance AV cables and connectors engineered and hand-built in Germany since 1977. Guided by the mantra ‘physics not voodoo’, In-akustik mixes the latest science with the best materials and meticulous German engineering to minimise signal loss in the cable. As its website confirms “the best cable is the one that loses the least from the original signal. Cables act like antennae and attract external interference which can only be minimised with technical finesse and the finest materials”.

Focussing R&D, marketing and manufacturing at sites across the US, in Denmark and China with over a century of industry experience and leadership, Perlisten Audio offers music and home cinema enthusiasts a completely proprietary path to greater fidelity and value.
