Sahara Force India confirms partnership with AWE Europe

AWE Europe has moved into the metaphorical fast lane, signing on as official Factory Supplier of advanced control and AV equipment to the Sahara Force India Formula One Team. The partnership, announced on the eve of the Monaco Grand Prix, will see the group install of a variety of AV products from the AWE range at the fast-moving team's Silverstone headquarters.

Deputy Team Principal Robert Fernley says the deal comes at a perfect time for the team, currently fifth in the Constructors' Championship: "This will enable us to invest in our facilities and infrastructure, updating our Silverstone HQ with the very latest and greatest custom installation products and resources."Fernley adds that he's looking forward to working with the AWE team, "integrating their technical AV solutions within our factory."

The high profile deal is also a coup for Stuart Tickle, managing director of AWE: "We're excited to have formed a partnership with such a high profile and focussed brand as Sahara Force India," he enthused. "The team prides itself on technology and dedication, the very same standards we strive to bring to our customers and dealers." He also notes that F1 offers the ideal platform "to ensure we deliver heightened awareness and opportunities for AWE and the brands we represent."
