Wilson Audio, acclaimed manufacturer of high-end audio equipment, has released its highly anticipated Sasha V loudspeaker. Showcasing an evolution in design, the Sasha V floorstanders boasts a host of hardware upgrades and refined features designed to captivate the hearts and ears of music lovers worldwide.

Superseding the brand’s Sasha DAW, the Sasha V incorporates technology developed for the Alexx V and Alexia V. It boasts a modular design with separate upper (midrange/treble) and lower (bass) enclosures, a critical part of the speaker’s design heritage.

Upper enclosure features Wilson Audio’s Convergent Synergy Carbon treble driver and AlNiCo QuadraMag midrange driver. The tower enclosure incorporates two 20.3cm bass drivers and side walls that are 25 per cent thicker than the Sasha DAW.

The enclosures are built from Wilson Audio’s proprietary, ultra-vibration-resistant ‘X-material’ and ‘S-material’ composites, with strategically nested ‘V-material’

The end result of this attention to detail is a testament to Wilson Audio's commitment to pushing boundaries and delivering an unrivalled audio experience. With bespoke multi-connector binding posts, meticulously crafted from the purest conducive metallurgies, the signal path claims a new standard for loudspeakers in its class.

Wilson Audio has gone above and beyond to enhance the overall functionality of the Sasha V. The resistor mounting hardware has received a significant improvement, featuring a sleek carbon fibre back plate and an aluminium framed glass cover reminiscent of its Alexia V.

Integrators should note that the addition of tool-free, quick-release knurled thumbscrews for the tweeter and midrange resistors allow for effortless servicing, ensuring seamless maintenance.

Incorporating lauded elements from its renowned lineup, Wilson Audio has equipped the Sasha V with external umbilical cables terminated with its signature spade connectors, similar to those found in the critically acclaimed Chronosonic XVX, Alexx V, and Alexia V models.

This meticulous attention to detail extends throughout the Sasha V's design, from the refined cabinet to the carefully selected premium materials and finishes. Every aspect of this high end loudspeaker has been crafted to create a stunning centrepiece that blends the art of industrial design with the emotional connection to music.

The Sasha V loudspeaker represents Wilson Audio's commitment to excellence and its relentless pursuit of perfect sound. This latest addition to its illustrious lineup represents an intriguing convergence of the past and present, incorporating cutting-edge advancements while staying true to the company's rich heritage.

Music aficionados seeking an immersive auditory experience and an exquisite visual aesthetic will need to dig deep though.

Hand crafted in Provo, Utah and finished in Wilson Audio’s automotive-class paint facility, the Sasha V is priced at £53,998 per pair. The speakers are now available from Absolute Sounds. Premium and custom colours are also available.
