Trinnov Audio has unveiled the AltitudeCI, a new processor designed to deliver scalable immersive audio over IP.
Developed for projects ranging from high-end media rooms to DCI-grade private cinemas, AltitudeCI is a compact, fully networked Audio-over-IP platform. The processor supports dual-native AES67 and Dante protocols, ensuring compatibility across consumer and professional infrastructures.
Arnaud Laborie, Trinnov Audio Co-Founder and CEO, said: “AltitudeCI makes Trinnov performance available to more projects than ever before. This is the one platform integrators can rely on for every immersive audio project, regardless of scale, infrastructure, or performance demands.”
AltitudeCI can be specified from 8 to 32 channels, with upgrades available in 2-channel increments. A custom 64-channel version is planned for 2026, with remote activation via Trinnov’s extranet offering long-term flexibility.
The processor includes the brand’s exclusive acoustics technologies: Optimizer room correction, WaveForming low-frequency optimisation, and Remapping for accurate immersive format rendering in complex spaces. These run on a 64-bit floating-point processing platform, ensuring high fidelity and future expansion potential.
A 2RU chassis prioritises rack efficiency, with eight analogue outputs, HDMI switching (four in, two out), and three configurable Ethernet ports, two of which feature SFP cages for robust network design. Setup is supported by a redesigned user interface with a guided calibration workflow.
Trinnov has also introduced a Dante input board for its Amplitude16 amplifier, allowing AltitudeCI to form a fully digital AoIP signal chain across just 5RU.
To aid specification, the manufacturer is releasing a new design and pricing tool, enabling integrators to generate configurations and costs based on project parameters.
The AltitudeCI will make its debut at CEDIA Expo 2025 in Denver (September 4 - 6), with live demonstrations and partner consultations. Pricing is available via Trinnov’s new AoIP design tool for integrators.
