TCL has announced a wide range of Google TV powered TVs, covering screen sizes ranging from 43- to 85-inches. Previously, the brand majored on Android models.
The P7K-UK Series combines QLED and QD-Mini LED technology with 4K HDR and the AiPQ Processor in screen sizes up to 75-inches, with an 85-incher following later this year.
The series employs an HVA screen with a wide viewing angle, and virtually bezel-free design. The line supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos and offers hands-free voice control via Alexa and Google Assistant. HDMI specification includes ALLM, and VRR.
The TCL P8K-UK Series is built around QD-Mini LED technology, and supports 144Hz Motion Clarity Pro for ultra-smooth motion on select sources.
Available in sizes ranging from 55- to 75-inches, the displays have an HVA screen with wide angle viewing and enhanced 3X contrast. Audio is via an Onkyo 2.1 sound system. Gamers benefit from FreeSync Premium and the 288Hz Game Accelerator.
Covering the same screen range, the TCL T8C-UK Series, built around QLED and QD-Mini LED technology, feature a AiPQ Pro Processor, 144Hz VRR, and dedicated Game Master features. The 288Hz Game Accelerator further enhances motion clarity for PC gaming. Immersive Dolby Atmos sound, delivered through integrated Onkyo speakers, completes the package.
Finally, the budget TCL V6C-UK Series feature HVA (Hi-Performance Vertical Alignment) screen technology, support for a wide range of 4K HDR formats, including HDR10, HLG, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision, as well as ALLM, VRR, and a dedicated Game Bar. Screen sizes cover 43- to 75-inches.
