Samsung has announced the arrival of limited-edition Superman artwork on its Art Store platform, part of a wider global campaign in partnership with Warner Bros. and DC Studios celebrating the cinematic return of the Man of Steel.
Timed to coincide with the global theatrical release of Superman, the first film in DC Studios’ new cinematic universe directed by James Gunn, the promotional push spans multiple activations across retail, digital, and public environments. At its heart is a unique offer for Samsung Frame TV owners: a 10-piece digital art collection from DC Comics available to download free of charge until August 31 2025.
The Superman digital artworks are accessible via Samsung Art Store on The Frame, as well as the brand’s 2025 QLED and Neo QLED TV models. The campaign allows fans to transform their homes with comic book visuals that celebrate Superman’s legacy, bringing curated superhero aesthetics into the living room, without compromising on AV performance.
"Samsung is committed to creating a richer and more meaningful entertainment experience," said Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics. “Through collaborations with leading creative studios and artists, we continue to help people engage more deeply with the stories and characters they love.”
Alongside the digital collection, the campaign spotlights Samsung’s growing portfolio of Super Big TVs - 98-, 100-, and 115-inch Neo QLED and Crystal UHD models - featuring high-performance AI-powered upscaling and deeper contrast handling. The displays are used throughout the Superman film itself, including within the Daily Planet newsroom, says Samsung.
In the UK, the campaign recently manifested itself through Daily Planet-themed kiosks across prominent London locations, where a limited-edition print edition of the fictional newspaper was given away.
The partnership underlines Samsung’s continued drive to align its premium display portfolio with wider cultural experiences. The addition of Superman content to Samsung Art Store also reinforces the value of The Frame TV beyond its role as a display, positioning it as both a lifestyle statement and a canvas for curated digital art.
