Sony will dramatically broaden its professional display portfolio at ISE 2026, with 16 new Bravia Professional Displays. The new BZ-P Series represents a comprehensive refresh of the company’s large-format display offering, and comprises three distinct tiers: the BZ40P flagship models, BZ35P enhanced displays and BZ30P core options. Screen sizes span 43- to 85-inches.

The new launch follows closely on from the recently announced Crystal LED S Series.

According to Rik Willemse, Head of Professional Displays & Solutions at Sony Europe, the update builds on positive market response to Sony’s existing non-glare technology. The new range, he says, is designed to support creative flexibility while maintaining the image quality, reliability and lifecycle expectations associated with the Bravia name.

“We’re proud to provide the pro AV industry with a choice between 16 revamped displays that strengthen our overall portfolio and combine the most valuable traits inherent to Sony integrated display technology - including pristine image quality, strong visibility, robust integration abilities, and longevity -  with an added focus on incorporating the benefits of both hardware and software.”

All BZ-P Series displays are driven by Sony’s AI-powered XR signal processing. Brightness levels vary across the range from 400 to 700 cd/m², with all models boasting wide viewing angles and reduced reflections to maintain contrast in brightly lit spaces.

Deep Black Non-Glare technology is standard across the series, offered in either a premium or standard implementation. Depending on the model, this delivers up to 47 per cent anti-glare performance, helping to mitigate reflections in environments with direct or ambient light, such as offices, atriums and retail floors.

From an integration perspective, the displays adopt a system-on-a-chip architecture, removing the need for external media players for many digital signage applications. Native compatibility with Sony’s Remote Management System (RMS) and Remote Device Manager (RDM) supports large-scale provisioning, monitoring and maintenance, while Sony continues to certify interoperability with leading CMS and RMS platforms.

A universal chassis, narrow and uniform bezels, and centrally positioned VESA mounting points aim to simplify portrait mounting and videowall alignment. Larger 75- and 85-inch models include integrated carrying handles to assist with handling on site.
Selected models in the BZ40P and BZ35P ranges also meet IP5X standards, making them suitable for use in transport hubs, retail environments and light industrial settings, says the company.

Reduced power consumption is cited as a key improvement over previous generations. A new high-efficiency optical system, combined with XR processor-based AI backlight control, delivers up to 31 per cent lower power usage compared with equivalent models in the earlier BZ-L series.

BZ-P Series range breakdown at a glance:

BZ40P - Flagship series
Available in 55, 65, 75 and 85-inch sizes, the BZ40P models feature Deep Black Non-Glare Premium technology with up to 47 per cent anti-glare performance and brightness levels of 700 nits. IP5X dust resistance is included, making these displays suitable for the most demanding professional environments.

BZ35P - Enhanced series
The BZ35P range comprises six models from 43- to 85-inches. These displays use Deep Black Non-Glare Standard technology, deliver 500 nits of brightness and also offer IP5X dust resistance, balancing performance and resilience for a wide range of commercial applications.

BZ30P -– Core series
Also available in six sizes from 43- to 85-inches, the BZ30P models provide 400 nits of brightness with Deep Black Non-Glare Standard technology. They are positioned as cost-effective options for controlled lighting environments while retaining the core BRAVIA professional feature set.

The BZ-P Series complements Sony’s existing professional display lineup, which includes the 98-inch BZ53L, the compact BZ30J series and the EZ20L range.
