Snap One is rolling out Parasol, an OvrC Pro-based remote support service, allowing Snap One partners in Australia and New Zealand to offer subscription-based customer support solutions.
“We are committed to providing our Australian and New Zealand Partners with every available opportunity to grow their business and enhance their profitability, the Parasol solution does both,” said Adam Merlino, Vice President and General Manager at Snap One Asia Pacific. “Unanswered service calls frustrate clients and can be disruptive to your work day. Parasol helps streamline the customer service experience and process to enhance relationships with existing customers and ensure company operations stay on schedule.”
According to Brandon Willmott, International Account Manager for Parasol, the OvrC Pro-based Parasol subscription solution resolves support issues in minutes, using experienced remote support centre technicians.
These remote support technicians act as first-responders on behalf of integrators proactively monitoring connected devices, including AV, networking, and lighting equipment, preventing minor issues from escalating
End users with OvrC Pro-enabled devices can choose from an Essential Plan (AUD$49 or NZD$59); Enhanced Plan (AUD$79 or NZD$89) orPay-as-you-go.
“Our partners across Australia and New Zealand can now take advantage of a simple, cost-effective remote support solution that delivers greater customer satisfaction while adding reliable revenue for their businesses,” Willmott said.
“The Parasol solution is proven to help Partners resolve 70 percent of customer issues remotely with one touch, delivering participating customers true peace of mind while reducing the need for expensive service calls and showing they are being heard and appreciated. Not only can partners create a new, steady revenue stream, but they can also reduce service costs and labor, allowing them to focus on new sales and installations.”
