Surveillance, control and networking specialist Snap One has unveiled several new security solutions, including recent additions to the Clare Controls ecosystem and the newly refreshed OvrC remote monitoring platform, at ISC East 2021 in New York.

Attendees were invited to demo the OvrC and ClareOne platforms, plus the ClareVision line of NDAA-compliant surveillance cameras and NVRs.

The new ClareOne Wireless Security and Smart Home Panel is hailed as the world’s first (professionally installed) controller that unifies full-featured home automation and security monitoring in a single touch screen panel. The platform offers a simple integrated solution that allows partners to leverage Clare’s FusionPro platform to manage user data and test customer systems with the click of a button.

ClareOne fully integrates with Control4, enabling the system to scale up to advanced home automation features and full media integration. Other custom drivers are available.

The brand suggests recent OvrC platform updates will further help business owners grow their operations without overtaxing their workforce or ongoing service capabilities. The aim, it says, is to reduce the need for system maintenance visits.

The latest OvrC update brings improved notification accuracy, more actionable information, and better, faster UI navigation, it says.

Taking advantage of AI in the OvrC cloud, the notification engine can better detect truly disconnected devices, resulting in an 80 per cent reduction in email alerts to Partners. To enhance visibility into device issues, the OvrC UI now groups events by device, allowing users to immediately gauge customer impact and issue duration.
