A colour LCD displays time, alarm and programme information, be it station or album artwork. It also auto-adjusts to suit ambient light levels. The feature spec includes DAB+, FM, and Internet radio tuners, plus Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and support for all the major streaming services, including Amazon and Deezer.
The R2 MK4 also sports a USB-C charge and playback port, switchable auxiliary line input and headphone output. Beneath the hood are the brand’s neodymium NS+ drivers.
Control options include an app and optional remote control. Inside CI has had an early hands-on preview of the R2 MK4 and can confirm it’s a wow.
