Roon, the music management and discovery platform, has announced 15 new audio devices that have achieved Roon Ready or Roon Tested status. Newly certified devices include kit from KEF, Astell&Kern, JBL, Lumin, Chord Electronics, Arcam, Zidoo, Bryston, CanEVER and Thrax Audio.

This latest update takes its compatibility network to over 1,000 devices from more than 200 brands. A partner certification means a product has met the brand’s guidelines and passed testing by Roon’s engineering team, to ensure a high level of performance.

Roon Ready devices integrate customised versions of Roon’s RAAT streaming technology directly into their devices, for seamless integration with Roon. The latest products certified are:
Arcam - AVR11, AVR21, AVR31, and AV41
Astell&Kern - KANN MAX
Bryston - BR-20
JBL Synthesis - SDR-35 and SDR-58.
Lumin - U2 Mini
Thrax Audio - Ares
Zidoo - Neo S and Neo X

The Roon Tested program was created to simplify setup and configuration, and to guarantee the support of the USB, Airplay, and Chromecast audio hardware. New Roon Ready certifications go to:
Astell & Kern - AK HC2
CanEVER Audio - ZeroUno
Chord Electronics - Mojo 2
KEF – LSX
