Rithum has added full RadioRA 3 support to its smart home platform, giving Lutron installations a new touchscreen control point and extending whole‑home management across lighting, shading, climate, audio, intercoms and CCTV.

RadioRA 3 lighting and Sivoia shading appear natively on the Rithum Switch, alongside climate, multiroom audio, SIP intercom and CCTV. Rithum pulls existing scenes, circuits, zones and shades straight from the Lutron processor and stays in sync, so there's no duplicate setup.

“RadioRA 3 has been one of the most-requested integrations from our installer community since it launched, and we’re proud to deliver it,” said Ryan Ovens, CEO at Rithum. “Lutron’s keypads provide elegant, intuitive control. What Rithum adds is a sleek touchscreen control point on the wall, fine dimming when you want it, and a full smart home platform around RadioRA 3 climate, audio, intercoms and CCTV all in the same environment.”

The new plugin connects RadioRA 3 to Rithum’s wider ecosystem, including Rithum Stat climate control, Heatmiser and CoolAutomation systems, plus multiroom audio platforms such as Sonos, BluOS and WiiM.

SIP intercoms and CCTV feeds can be accessed from the same interface, creating a unified control experience for homeowners.

The plugin also adds fine dimming, shade positioning and dynamic scene selection to RadioRA 3 projects, with macro scenes allowing lighting, shading, temperature and audio to be combined in a single action.

The Rithum Switch and Rithum Switch Pro fit a standard UK/EU back box, with the system processor built into every switch, so no separate hub or controller is required. When paired with a RadioRA 3 processor, Rithum automatically pulls in scenes, circuits, zones and shades, staying in sync, even as installers update naming, dimming curves or zone layouts. What would traditionally require duplicate programming can now be configured in minutes, says the company.

Lutron describes the partnership as a natural fit for RadioRA 3’s role in luxury residential projects, where unified control and reliable automation are increasingly expected.

“Rithum offers a smart home platform where RadioRA 3 can sit naturally alongside full climate, audio, intercom and CCTV control, exactly the kind of installer experience we want RadioRA 3 specified into,” said Ben Bard, Vice President, Luxury Residential at Lutron Electronics.

The Rithum Pro Plugin for RadioRA 3 is available now.
