Optoma has introduced two new fixed lens WUXGA laser projectors for the pro installation market. Making their bow in Barcelona, at ISE 2022, the Optoma ZU920T and ZU920TST combine high brightness and accurate colour reproduction, with installation flexibility and 24/7 reliability.
The ZU920T and ZU920TST are 4K and HDR compatible, have 9,800 lumens brightness and a 3,000,000:1 contrast ratio. The ZU920T series offer a fixed, telecentric lens design with full motorised lens-shift and 1.6x motorised zoom and focus, with a short throw ratio option to accommodate a wider range of end-user applications and environments, such as short throw digital signage, edge-blending and projection mapping. Image sizes up to 300-inches are possible.
The DuraCore models feature a dust-resistant IPX6 certified optical engine designed for maintenance-free projection for up to 30,000 hours, in Eco mode. There's built-in edge-blending, warping and four-corner correction, as well as 360-degree and portrait installation modes.
Connectivity includes two HDMI inputs and one output, HDBaseT, VGA, 3D Sync in and out, 12V trigger, LAN, RS-232 control. For onboard sound, there’s a 2x 10W sound system onboard.
Integrators should note that the ZU920T series work with the Optoma Management Suite (OMS), offering IT administrators a real time remote platform to monitor, manage, and diagnose multiple displays simultaneously.
