Moon adds Spotify Connect to network Hi-Fi range

Audio specialist Moon has announced that Spotify Connect has landed on its streaming products. It follows the recent introduction of AirPlay 2.

All new Moon streaming products will feature Spotify Connect in their proprietary MiND2 module (Moon Intelligent Network Device). Existing Moon owners can install it through a simple firmware update.

Users need only open the Spotify app on their phone or tablet, choose a track to listen to, select their Moon device and start listening. Additional user benefits to using Spotify Connect include making and receiving calls on their phone without stopping the music, and preserving battery life. Devices can be switched without missing a beat.

Moon products featuring Spotify Connect comprise the ACE all-in-one music system, MiND 2 network player, 280D streaming DAC, 390 network player/preamplifier, 680D streaming DAC and 780D v2 streaming DAC.
