Cornflake, the luxury smart home technology and AV specialist, has been acquired by Ateliers de France Group, known for its work across high-end residential, heritage and hospitality construction.

The acquisition is the first move by Ateliers de France Group in the technology space, a reflection of the rising importance of custom install within super-prime construction projects.

For Cornflake, the deal ensures continuity for clients, partners and ongoing projects. Cornflake will continue operating under its established name, with the same team handling design, delivery and discreet technology integration in luxury residential, hotel and branded residence sectors.

Cornflake will also continue to operate from its long-standing headquarters and dedicated showroom in Fitzrovia, London. The space will remain central to the company’s operations, welcoming clients and design professionals, and supporting the work of its designers, engineers and dedicated concierge team, providing industry leading long-term support for clients’ homes and spaces.

“Joining Ateliers de France Group marks an important step forward for Cornflake, enabling us to firmly focus on the future, whilst our priorities remain the same,” syas Alex Brown, Managing Director at Cornflake, “providing the highest quality service and delivery for our clients and their teams. This partnership allows us to do that with confidence, supported by the financial and operational backing of the group and delivered by the strong and ambitious Cornflake team that I am proud to lead.”

Antoine Courtois, CEO of Ateliers de France Group, adds: “We are very pleased to welcome Cornflake to the group. They bring deep expertise in luxury technology integration, along with a respected brand and talented team. As a business almost as old as their discipline itself, Cornflake’s heritage and experience in the market give it deep understanding and a well-developed operation that set it apart from its competitors in the UK market for design, planning and execution with the utmost attention to detail. We look forward to supporting their development and working together on exceptional projects.”
