Leema Acoustics to preview Quantum Hi-Fi at Audio T Cardiff

Leema Acoustics, currently celebrating 25 years of hi-fi manufacturing in Wales, has teamed up with Audio T Cardiff, for an exclusive preview of its forthcoming Quantum range, on August 19.

The team from Leema Acoustics, along with UK distributor MIAN Audio, will be on hand to introduce the new four-strong Quantum range, which is handmade just over 100 miles away in Welshpool.

The event takes place Saturday August 19, 3-8 p.m. at The Dalton Yard bar/venue, Cardiff. Those that want to attend can book directly with the Cardiff store on 029 2022 8565.

The new-look Quantum range has been developed under the watchful eye of Leema Acoustics’ co-founder, Lee Taylor, and is priced from just £1,350.

Central to the British designed, engineered and manufactured range is a new pre/power amplifier combination, Neutron and Graviton. The Neutron DAC/preamp benefits from a high-quality MM/MC phono stage, multi-input DAC, plus both balanced and unbalanced inputs. The partnering Graviton offers 150 watts (8 ohms) of Class A/B power from its oversized toroidal transformer and benefits from both unbalanced and balanced inputs.

The Electron CD player features an ES9018 Sabre DAC and benefits from coaxial digital, balanced XLR and headphone outputs. For network playback, the Positron streamer offers built-in support for a number of high-performance streaming services including Tidal, Deezer, Qobuz and vTuner radio and also benefits from a high-quality ES9018 Sabre DAC.
