L‑Acoustics and Audiologic are hosting a trade Open Day in London on October 8, giving installers a rare chance to experience HYRISS and the full L‑Acoustics installation portfolio in a residential‑style showroom.
The event takes place at L‑Acoustics’ Highgate facility and follows Audiologic’s recent appointment as a Certified Provider Distributor for L‑Acoustics installation products across the UK and Ireland.
Installers working in high‑end residential, custom installation and specialist commercial projects can choose from one of three time slots (10:00 –12:00 · 13:00 –15:00 · 16:00– 18:00), each designed to offer hands-on time with loudspeaker ranges, immersive audio platforms and project‑support teams.
At the centre of the event is HYRISS, L‑Acoustics’ Hyperreal Immersive Sound Space. HYRISS blends L‑ISA spatial audio, Ambiance acoustic enhancement and Anima machine‑learning upmixing, allowing the room to shift between concert hall, cinema, stadium and lounge‑style acoustics at the touch of a panel.
Attendees will also hear the X Series, S Series and A Series installation loudspeakers, Soka in‑wall systems and the L‑ISA Processor II in both stereo and immersive configurations.
The Highgate showroom itself is part of the appeal: a residential‑inspired space with fabric‑clad walls, hardwood flooring and displays presented as artwork, designed to help integrators demonstrate immersive audio to clients in a realistic setting.
Andy Lewis, Managing Director, Audiologic, said: "We see a real appetite among UK integrators to hear these systems properly, in a room that makes sense. HYRISS is genuinely difficult to explain on paper, it has to be experienced, and Highgate is the right place to do that. We'd encourage anyone specifying high-performance audio into premium spaces to come and spend a couple of hours with both our team and our colleagues and hosts for the day, the L-Acoustics team."
