Flexson intros Pro Range for Sonos speaker installations

Sonos accessories manufacturer Flexson has launched the Pro Range, a new line designed to provide commercial integrators with optimum mounting solutions.

The collection features five new products that offer security fixings, in ceiling mounts for maximum discretion, and adjustable floor stands, tailored to meet the requirements of commercial settings.

Included in the range is an in-ceiling mount for the Sonos Era 100 (pictured above), that fixes the speaker in an acoustically transparent metal grille that can tilt 40° for sound direction. Applications for the mount include shops, museums, restaurants and bars. It can also work for residential systems.

The range also includes ceiling mounts for both the Sonos Era 100 and Sonos Era 300. A unique tilting mechanism allows either one of these two speakers to be swivelled horizontally on an axis of 80° and titled downwards 15° required.

Both brackets also offer the ability to hang the speaker upside down, making the on-speaker controls accessible. Also new is a Flexson adjustable floor stand for Sonos Era 100.

To combat theft, the company also offers the Flexson Security Fixing Kit; a stainless steel cable secures the speaker to the bracket for that extra peace of mind.
