Epson is going after the fast-growing lifestyle projection sector with a design-orientated new Lifestudio projector range, the first smart streaming projectors from the brand to integrate audio systems developed in collaboration with Bose. The new line-up is designed to serve both portable and ultra-short throw requirements, with a focus on home entertainment, flexible installation, and lifestyle integration.
The Lifestudio collection includes the Lifestudio Flex EF-71 and EF-72, the Lifestudio Pop EF-62 and EF-61 series, and the Lifestudio Grand EH-LS670 ultra-short throw model. Each has been engineered to combine Epson’s 3LCD imaging technology with Bose audio expertise, Google TV integration, and easy set-up features.
The Lifestudio Flex EF-72 offers 4K PRO-UHD resolution, 1,000 lumens brightness, and a built-in tiltable stand with ambient lighting, available in an oak finish at £1,150. The EF-71 delivers Full HD resolution with 700 lumens, in a Diamond White finish at £880. Both models feature Intelligent Instant Set-up, delivering automatic focus, colour balance, and alignment in seconds.
The more compact Lifestudio Pop series brings portability in multiple finishes. The EF-62 offers 4K PRO-UHD projection at 700 lumens in Metallic Black and Navy for £799.99, while the EF-61 provides Full HD at the same brightness, available in Diamond White, Ice Green, or Rose Quartz for £649.99.
At the top of the range, the Lifestudio Grand EH-LS670 combines a 4K PRO-UHD picture with HDR10 processing, 3,600 lumens brightness, and ultra-short throw optics capable of producing a 120-inch display from just inches away. Available in Metallic Black and Diamond White, it is priced at £2,200. The model is positioned as a living room cinema replacement, offering large-scale projection without the installation demands of traditional projectors.
Across the models, Epson has standardised Google TV with Assistant integration for content streaming and voice control, alongside ALLM gaming mode for reduced latency. Each model also incorporates Sound by Bose, co-engineered to deliver synchronised, room-filling audio without the need for external speakers. Four sound modes allow users to tailor audio to their content.
Accessories include the Lifestudio Adjustable Floor Stand (ELPFS01), priced at £145, and the Lifestudio Karaoke Wireless Microphone (ELPKM01), compatible with all models, at £110.99.
The Epson Lifestudio range will be available in the UK from September 2025.
