CEDIA Awards 2024 debuts new categories for individuals

Submissions are now being accepted for the 2024 CEDIA Smart Home Awards, the annual global awards programme celebrating achievements in the world of custom install and smart home technology.

The event introduces a number of new categories this year, specifically: Best Newcomer, Best Sales/Manufacturer’s Representative, and Best Technician.

CEDIA Global President and CEO, Daryl Friedman, says the expansions “reflect CEDIA's commitment to acknowledging excellence across various roles and levels of expertise within the industry.”

“Our hope is that the CEDIA Smart Home Awards can serve as a beacon of inspiration and aspiration for all those dedicated to transforming the way we live."

The final deadline for submissions is April 15 for Home Technology Integrator categories and June 1 for Business, Individual, and Manufacturer Product categories. The early bird deadline for Manufacturer Product categories is May 1.
