Danish high-end audio brand Audiovector has revealed two exclusive limited edition versions of its iconic Trapeze Reimagined loudspeakers, debuting this week at High-End Munich.
Available in a choice of Italian Walnut with a lustrous pearl finish, or Birds Eye Maple in a refined matte tone, each version is limited to just 30 pairs worldwide.
The new editions come with bespoke cables and precision spike sets and carry a premium of £2,200 (Walnut) or £2,400 (Maple) over the standard £15,500 RRP.
True to its heritage, the Trapeze features a distinctive asymmetrical cabinet designed to minimise standing waves. Inside, it boasts a 5-inch midrange driver, 12-inch bass driver, and an Air Motion Transformer tweeter for exceptional high-frequency detail. An 8-inch isobaric rear-ported driver adds tightly controlled low-end heft. All components are housed in acoustically braced hardwood cabinets, hand-veneered in Denmark.
While the finishes are purely cosmetic, they elevate the Trapeze’s status from high-performance loudspeaker to collector’s item. For audiophiles seeking both sonic excellence and visual distinction, this limited edition release offers a compelling blend of engineering and artistry.
