AudioControl’s Concert Series of AVRs comprise the Concert XR-8, Concert XR-6 and Concert XR-4. All offer Dirac room correction, with the Concert XR-6 and Concert XR-8 supporting Auro 3D alongside Dolby Atmos and DTS: X codec support. Distribution is via Invision.
All three are highly customisable, with integrated web-based configuration and app-based control. They're Google Cast and Airplay 2 compatible, with Bluetooth aptX and Wi-Fi streaming.
The flagship Concert XR-8 AVR offers a 9.1.6 configuration with power output rated 200 watts (into 4 ohms). The Concert XR-6 is similarly a 9.1.6 design, rated at 100 watts (into 8 ohms). The Concert XR-4 is a 7.1.4 AVR with a 60 watts per channel output.
On the preamp/processor front, the Seattle-based CI Hi-FI specialist offers the Maestro X9 and Maestro X7. The duo support 9.1.6 Dolby Atmos, Auro 3D, DTS:X and are IMAX Enhanced certified. Installers have the choice of both balanced and unbalanced outputs. HDMI implementation across all units is v2.0.
The Maestro Series features Dirac Live room correction with bass management, as well as ESS Sabre DACs. Wireless connectivity covers Google Cast, Airplay 2, Bluetooth aptX and Wi-Fi. They also offer an intuitive web-based configuration tool.
The Maestro Series can be partnered with the G4 Series amplifiers, including the 7-channel Savoy G4, 5-channel Pantages G4 and highly versatile 4/3/2-channel fully bridgeable Avalon G4.
