Swedish audio specialist Audio Pro has introduced the C10 MkII multiroom speaker. The new model offers a trio of multiroom options and an all new design aesthetic. Compatible with both AirPlay 2 and Google Cast, customised multiroom systems can also be created with the Audio Pro app.
Jens Henriksen, the company’s chief commercial officer, said: “This new triple function comes after customer feedback requested flexibility and choice in how they can enjoy audio via Audio Pro multiroom systems. Being able to connect Audio Pro speakers with others that use Google Cast or AirPlay 2 provides endless capabilities."
Building on the original C10, the new Chromecast-enabled model adds a mesh fabric magnetic grille (for those that would rather not see bare drivers), updates some internal components and benefits from a change in the design of the bass reflex port, for a smoother flow.
For vinyl enthusiasts, there’s also the option of restreaming, with direct connection of the turntable to the speaker.
Six preset buttons also allow users to save and store favourite playlists and radio stations, which can be played without needing to use the Audio Pro app.
Available in Arctic White, Storm Grey and Coal Black, the Audio Pro C10 MkII sells for £360 in Richer Sounds stores.
