RTI control software and keypad controller honoured

Home automation and control company RTI was honoured with a number of key technology and Best in Show awards at ISE 2023. Speaking after the event, Bill Hensley, RTI Head of Global Marketing, commented: “The best thing about shows is the direct feedback we get from integrators who work with our products every day, both Integration Designer 11 and the KX4 touchpanel were designed in response to integrator needs."

RTI’s Integration Designer 11 control application programming software and KX4 4-Inch In-Wall touchpanel received several awards at ISE 2023.

Integration Designer 11 was honoured with the Whole House Control 2023 Top New Technology (TNT) Award from CE Pro and two Best of Show awards from Residential Systems and Sound & Video Contractor (SVC).

The Integration Designer 11 software impressed with its user-friendly interface.Of particular interest to integrators is the Coral template, with pre-configured home pages, swappable backgrounds, customizable scroll bars across the touchscreens, plus new fonts.

The built-in driver library adds efficiency to the software and enables integrators to find all drivers without leaving the software. The RTI interface can be completely customised for commercial integrators, who have the option of either building off a Coral template, or designing from scratch.

The KX4 is a combination in-wall touchpanel and control processor, which simplifies installation. It has a 102mm high-resolution touch display with five configurable hard buttons that can be customised with RTI Laser Shark engraving.

The built-in control processor provides integration with connected devices and can be used as a standalone processor or in larger configurations. Back panel connections allow direct control of devices via IR, IP, RS-232, and relays.
