LG begins transformation into Smart Life Solutions company

LG Electronics has announced that its CES 2024 press conference will be hosted under the theme ‘Reinvent your future,’ and will focus largely on AI-powered home solutions.

As is tradition, the brand will open the CES press conference schedule with an 8am start opening the press conference at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, but don’t worry if you can’t make it. The whole thing will be streamed live on LG’s Global YouTube channel, under the banner LG World Premiere.

LG CEO William Cho is expected to announce that the company’s key areas of focus for 2024 and beyond will be smart living products, and how its innovations ‘will improve lives across various areas, including the home, commercial and mobility.’

Cho will outline how LG will transform into ‘a Smart Life Solution Company’, as part of its previously announced Future Vision 2030 road map.

The booth exhibits will show how it is leveraging AI to expand and enhance the living space and the customer experience. Attendees are promised ‘impressive displays, jaw-dropping technology installations and entertaining interactive exhibits.’

All of which sounds suitably exciting. I’ll be reporting live from the show, so look out for that.

CES 2024 runs January 9 - 12, in Las Vegas.
