Absen will use Integrated Systems Europe 2026 to outline how Micro LED and COB technologies are moving from specialist applications into the mainstream of Pro AV.

The company will use the show to launch several new displays aimed at rental, corporate, fixed installation and outdoor markets. Founded as a specialist in LED display technology and solutions, Absen has built its reputation on supplying large-format LED to ProAV, rental and DOOH projects worldwide.

At ISE 2026, Absen says its focus will be on advancing Micro LED and chip-on-board solutions to support higher resolutions, improved protection of LED modules and longer operational lifetimes.

The product line-up reflects that approach. The SA1.5 COB is the latest evolution of Absen’s Saturn rental platform, using a 1.5mm pixel pitch and flip-chip COB technology.

COB (Chip‑on‑Board) is a manufacturing method where multiple LED chips are mounted directly onto a substrate/PCB to form a pixel or module. This makes COB extremely robust and particularly suitable for fine‑pitch indoor video walls.

A dual-layer die-cast magnesium cabinet, fast locking mechanisms and full front and rear maintenance access are intended to streamline rental workflows. Backward compatibility with existing SA-series accessories should appeal to rental houses managing mixed inventories.

At the high end of fixed installation, the Clear Cobalt Series V3 (CL V3) takes the role of Absen’s flagship display. Based on Micro LED and the company’s Black Matrix process, it promises deeper black levels and higher contrast, with panel-level integrated packaging providing additional protection for core components.

For outdoor applications, Absen will preview the AW Pro. Designed for close viewing in urban environments, the display’s weather-resistant construction, this ultra-HD fine-pitch LED solution uses flip-chip COB with a 1.25mm pixel pitch.

Speaking ahead of ISE, Tania Zhao, Vice President at Absen, said the event would mark “the next chapter” for the company, as it pushes Micro LED and COB technologies further into ProAV, rental and DOOH applications.

Additional demonstrations on the stand will include the PO Series, aimed at creative installations in retail, transport hubs and hospitality, and the debut of the X136F foldable screen. Based on the Absen Icon X platform, the foldable design is intended to simplify transport and deployment of large-format LED in corporate and education settings, an area where logistics and speed of installation remain critical factors for integrators.
