Opting for a small screen doesn’t mean you need to compromise on big features. That’s the message from Loewe, which has just announced its best specified 32-inch screen. The new Connect 32 LED TV boasts a high-spec panel with an integrated 80W soundbar system.
Build quality appears commensurately high. The black chassis can be customized with black, silver, cappuccino or petrol blue trims. Mounting options include an optional floorstand (pictured below), wall mounting or the standard adjustable table top stand.
The Connect 32 comes in two iterations: the Connect 32 DR+ features Loewe’s DR+ video recording system, featuring 1TB of storage and the ability to share content with other Loewe TVs around the home. The DR+ system allows simultaneous recording of one programme while watching another, mobile recording, and smart content sharing, courtesy of Loewe’s ‘Smart tv2move’ feature, which allows users to transfer the current television programme – or even a programme on a different channel – to a tablet or smartphone.
“With all the focus on ever-expanding screen sizes, it’s easy to forget that 32in screens remain extremely popular in the UK market,” says Charlie Cann, Loewe UK Marketing Manager. “Some customers are buying 32in screens because they want a TV to fit discretely within their interior design rather than dominate the room, perhaps reserving big-screen entertainment for a media room elsewhere in their property. Others are looking for the ideal screen for secondary locations such as bedrooms, kitchens and so on; but just because they require a smaller TV, it doesn’t mean they want to compromise on quality. The demand for a premium-quality 32in television is clear, and with the Connect 32, Loewe has set out to deliver the best performing, most highly specified 32in TV on the market.”
The Loewe Connect 32 retails for £999, while the Connect 32 DR+ sells for £1299. Distribution is via AWE. For more stories about AWE’s product portfolio and services, visit our partner page here.
