The weather may be grey, but the organizers of ISE 2016 say the show is likely to set new records. They are reporting an increase in pre-registered visitors over last year, while events like the Smart Building Conference, Audio Forum and Sports Venue Technology pre-registrations are all ahead of their 2015 equivalents.
There were also more press conferences held this year, with one or more taking place every hour throughout the first two days. And with over 150 education sessions in the four Show Floor Theatres, plus classes offered by CEDIA and InfoComm, training is up too. The number of exhibitors this year tops 1,100, with over 200 of them new to the show.
