AWE autumn Smart Home Expo to preview IMAX cinema thrills

AWE has confirmed its autumn Smart Home Expo will take place October 15-16, at its Epsom Smart Apartment HQ. Attractions include an IMAX Enhanced demonstration, featuring a Sony VPL-VW570 projector, Marantz AVR and Definitive technology Reference in-wall speakers, as well as the first showing of Sony’s upgraded VPL-VW760 and VPL-VW5000 models, and Epson’s EH-TW7000, EH-TW7100 and EH-LS600 4k projectors.

A newly decorated Smart Apartment Den will feature a system built around Epson projection and two-channel Marantz and KEF audio. The event will allow integrators to catch-up with the latest 4k and 8k screens from Samsung, LG and Panasonic. On demo will be automated window shading solutions from Silent Gliss, and URC Control 2.0.
