Samsung introduced a slew of innovative commercial display solutions at ISE, under the banner Integrate, Interact and inspire. Highlights of its booth included a stunning 85-inch 4K UHD panel able to split into four Full HD screens for conference calls, a huge Multi-vision Tower comprising 54 UD55D screens, each boasting the world's slimmest 3.5mm ultra-slim bezel, and a 95-inch virtual store window display.  The brand also demonstrated its interactive hotel solutions, travel display boards and electronic bulletin boards. Also new this year is an enhanced version of the Samsung quad-core system-on-chip Smart Signage Platform, now integrated into the brand's large format displays.

The brand's Director of Display Phil Gaut said "Samsung had a fantastic year in 2013 in the professional AV arena. At ISE this year we are setting out our stall for 2014; a deeper integration of AV into retail strategies with store analytics, RFI chips, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth all playing a role." Samsung says the digital signage market is set for rapid expansion, predicting 20 per cent growth annually up to 2017.
