ISE  RGB Communications  Savant

Leading UK AV distributor RGB Communications is planning for its biggest Integrated Systems Europe showing yet. The company says it will be arriving "en masse at ISE to provide strong support to vendors and customers." In addition to a full deployment of RGB management, sales and technical staff, the company will also be offering a dedicated meeting space. Just as well, as RGB's brands certainly have plenty to talk about.

Savant, the Apple based control system, will be exhibiting for the first time at ISE, and will be based in the Smart Building area at the show. It's certain to attract considerable attention with new technologies such as Savant Wi-Fi lighting control, the Savant Universal Remote, iOS and Android user interfaces, KNX integration and the Home Control Portal. RGB's Savant specialists will be on hand throughout the show. Incidentally, light, blind and energy czar Lutron will be exhibiting its full range of residential and commercial solutions at ISE for the first time this year. Lutron is often specified alongside Savant, so will also be well worth a visit.

Middle Atlantic Products (MAP) will be unveiling a range of racking solutions at ISE 2014, including the new L5 Lectern series and new wood finishes for the C5 Credenza range, There will also be a chance to see see first-hand the brand's VTC teleconferencing carts. Power protection units from SurgeX and Torus will also be on hand. SurgeX International will have an extensive range of equipment on show, whileTorus Power will demo its new cost effective range of TOT Max and TOT Mini power conditioning models, alongside its current range of IS, RM and AVR specialist UK power units.

On the projection front, Barco, Canon and NEC are appropriately planning big displays. Barco's stand is doubling in size from last year, whilst Canon will be focusing on its new range of XEED projectors, including the short throw WUX400ST (pictured above) able to cast a 100-inch image from just 1.2 metres. Key products for NEC will include the new 6,000 lumen DLP Hybrid laser projector, the PH1400U, and its next generation PA projectors.

High-end AV conferencing specialist ClearOne will be announcing new developments for its Collaborate and Converge range. There will also be a preview of VIEW Pro, ClearOne's new multimedia streaming solution. Meanwhile, Pakedge wireless and networking solutions will showcase the NP36 Network Patroller, a breakthrough device designed to facilitate the BakPak Cloud Management Service. Integrators should note that all ISE visitors who attend a booth demo of BakPak at the booth will be offered a 25 per cent show discount for a NP36 Network Patroller. Other RGB clients at ISE include wireless audio solutions outfit Revolabs, which will be showcasing its Executive Elite Wireless Microphone Systemand the FLX UC 500 USB conference phone, Kramer and Shure.

In addition to RGB sales and technical staff assisting on vendor booths, Chairman Gordon Innocent, managing director Caroline Britt, sales director Andy Atwell and sales and marketing manager Ben Philpott will be available throughout the event.
