Smart thermostat company Tado° has launched digital energy services to make repairing, maintaining and replacing boilers easier. The move is designed to reinforce its position as a trusted provider of smart home technologies.
“We’re launching our Boiler Repair Services to provide an easier and faster way to keep your heating system in good health,” says Tado° MD and Co-founder Christian Deilmann. “Plus if something does go wrong with your boiler, we’re giving our customers the digital tools to get the issue fixed as soon as possible and with minimal hassle.”
The software detects if a problem occurs, and points the user at a national boiler repair team, ready to offer repairs. Available in the UK before Germany, Tado° Boiler Repair Services are available via its latest app updates.
For customers in need of a new boiler, Tado° will recommend a replacement. Research commissioned by the company found that over 50 per cent of its users would consider buying a new boiler through Tado°.
