Samsung has announced the launch of the V&A Collection, available on Samsung's Art Store, for owners of its designer Frame TV. The set maker has worked with the V&A’s extensive archive, to select over 20 works for The Art Store, including classic wallpaper patterns from the British Arts & Crafts Movement to Japanese ukiyo-e woodblock prints.
The Frame TV is a precursor to Samsung’s new Ambient mode TVs. When on, it delivers a UHD certified picture, when off, it (literally) transforms into a work of art. Samsung’s Art Store now offers more than 300 pieces of established and emerging artists, curated by several international organizations, galleries and museums
