Optoma has released the dates for its LED Display Training level 1 & 2 for 2019. The training is free for installers, and offers delegates the opportunity to broaden their practical skills and theoretical understanding of installing LED displays.

As part of its ProDesign service, Optoma’s training covers the installation of LED displays, including specification, troubleshooting, and how aspect ratio and resolution impact content creation.

“We equip installers with additional skills that allow them to expand what they offer to their customers,” says Ross Noonan, Technical Product Specialist. “Training includes both product information as well as practical sessions. We cover what products are most suitable for which applications. Often end users will request products which are not actually what is needed for that application.”

80 per cent of installers who had little experience in LED displays and attended Optoma’s training event in November confirmed that, following the sessions, they would be fully confident installing one. John Cronk from Osborne Technology, noted: “Everything was really clear. Really good demos. I would now be totally confident installing an Optoma LED display.”

Optoma LED Display Training level 1 & 2 training dates:
February 27
February 28 February for home cinema/CEDIA installers
April 10
July 10
October 9

To request a place on one of the LED display training sessions or to enquire about projection training installers should either contact their Optoma account manager or email ProDesignUK@optoma.co.uk
