UK-based Lithe Audio will unveil its latest all-in-one Wi-Fi in-ceiling speaker at the Invision Technology Showcase 2019.
Designed for both retro-fitting and new build projects, this latest iteration has Control4 SDDP built-in. There’s no requirement for a separate amplifier or server with the all-in-one design, the speakers are powered via the existing lighting circuit.
The model is also AirPlay-certified, and come with a dedicated app that has Spotify Connect, Deezer, TIDAL and vTuner radio enabled.
Also available in an IP44-rated bathroom version, users can stream to a single speaker or up to 30 speakers at once for full multiroom listening. The app can save settings for individual zones or to play Party Mode.
The speaker features a frameless design, only protruding 3mm, to better meld into the ceiling. The magnetic grille covers can be removed for cleaning or for replacement with a different coloured finish. They can also be can be painted to match the ceiling.

The Invision Technology Showcase, runs March 20-21, at Mercedes-Benz World, Surrey.
