Security specialist Lilin had plenty to show at ISE 2019. The Invision brand, now in its fourth decade as a designer and manufacturer of networking surveillance solutions, offered a variety of innovative camera solutions.
Ideal for tight spaces, and weighing less than 250g, the MR6822 is hailed as the smallest IR dome camera in the world. Features include full HD 1080p resolution capture at 30fps, a high and wide dynamic range and integrated infrared illumination to provide night vision to a distance of 30m. The camera also offers automatic tamper detection.
Also attracting attention at the show was the mini PTZ PZD6422X3. This compact IP dome camera (just 12 x 11cm) has 3x optical zoom, giving a focal length from 3.35mm to 10.05mm.
It can stream 1080p high-definition video at up to 30fps, with high dynamic range to reproduce highlights and shadows without smearing or pixelation. It can operate equally effectively both day and night, and its 360-degree rotation means users can position the camera to give a perfect field of vision, says the distributor. Its pan/tilt/zoom functionality allows the field of view to be adjusted both rapidly and accurately, and the LilinViewer app (for iOS and Android) makes remote viewing straightforward.
Finally, Lilin exhibited the ZSR8122LPR, an outdoor varifocal IP camera that provides full HD resolution at 60fps. Combining WDR, 3D noise reduction, intelligent image signal processing, and built-in Sense-Up+ technology, the camera works in extreme low-light without any motion blur. Boasting an IP66 rating, it can survive intrusion from rain and dust.
