Optoma will launch its new QUAD LED display solution at ISE 2019, as well as demonstrating interactive flat panels (IFPDs), laser projector mapping and consumer 4K UHD projectors.

Leading its QUAD LED charge is the FHDQ130 (pictured above), a 130-inch (2.88 x 1.62m) Full HD display which is supplied as an all-in-one solution for a quick out-of-the-box installation. By reducing installation time, integrators can significantly reduce the total project cost, it says.

Integrated HQUltra and media player technology also eliminates the need for any additional devices associated with traditional LED solutions, while an eco-friendly <0.5W standby mode, helps reduce power consumption.

At the show, Optoma will also demonstrate two of its fully optimised Full HD 1080p LED display solutions; the 180-inch 2.0mm pixel pitch FHD20422 and 136-inch 1.5mm fine pixel pitch FHD153169.

Designed, supplied and supported as a single solution, these include everything from cables to preconfigured processors. They can also be mounted without a mounting frame, reducing installation costs and simplifying maintenance.

Also making their debut are 4k Ultra HD multi-touch interactive flat panels. These 20-point touch-enabled displays are designed for education, corporate and retail environments. Available in 65-, 75- and 86-inch sizes, they feature anti-glare glass, blue light filter and wide viewing angle.

Visitors to the Optoma stand will also see the brand’s latest scaler-switchers, with HQUltra 4K, low latency image processing. The new LS1000 LED scaler-switcher includes customisable connectivity with a modular design and features 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 scaling, four screen PiP and seamless switching.

The big projector attraction from the brand is the flagship ZK1050 4K UHD DuraCore laser projector. In partnership with VIOSO, Optoma will showcase a large five metre blend with four new ZK1050 4K UHD projectors. This projector featuring MCL technology (Multi Colour Laser) is the latest addition to the DuraCore range, which combines a longer-lifetime light source and an independent IP rated dust certification.

Optoma has also partnered with HeavyM to highlight the possibilities provided by projection mapping.

There will be several home cinema demos on the stand, with the UHL55 LED model and the brand’s incoming ultra short throw laser cinema model, the UHZ65UST.

Optoma will also be showcasing gaming technologies, including an immersive trampolining experience created by Valo Motion, featuring Optoma’s 10,000-lumen ZU1050 DuraCore laser projector. Two 4K UHD professional single chip projectors, the ZK750 DuraCore laser and 4K550ST with a short throw lens, will be partnered with high-end gaming PCs.

ISE 2019 runs February 5 - 8, at the RAI Exhibition Centre, Amsterdam.
