Invision has been appointed UK distributor for audio specialist Elac, handling its wide range of loudspeakers, turntables, amplifiers and music streamers.

“Elac is looking forward to this exciting opportunity to take our business to the next level with Invision,” comments Elac Electroacoustic managing director Lars Baumann. “Our Partnership will enable us to develop and grow our current business and solidify our position in the UK and Ireland.’

Elac’s Carina series of loudspeakers made its European debut at this year’s Munich High End show. Comprising the Carina FS 247.4 floorstander, Carina BS 243.4 bookshelf and Carina CC 241.4 centre channel, the range features a distinctive curved design with aluminum base and down-firing bass port.

In addition to Elac’s more traditional loudspeakers, Invision can now offer customers the Navis ARB-51 active loudspeaker, recent winner of an EISA 2019 best product award.

Elac also offers a three-strong turntable range. The newest, the Miracord 60, is a belt-driven vinyl player which takes technology first seen on the Miracord 90, offering the same technical design features and design at an aggressive price point. A high gloss plinth is flanked by aluminium elements, and comes with a tonearm featuring a carbon tube and new aluminum platter.

Also available is the Elac range of multiroom amplifiers, including the versatile 3.1 IS AMP 340, first seen at ISE 2019 and the brand’s Discovery Music Server. Roon ready, it allows seamless whole home streaming of digital audio content: streaming services, downloads, ripped CDs - all between users and across devices.

Roon supports any digital music collection with a rich library of images and information, which compliments the listening experience.
