Invision’s eagerly anticipated Reference Home Cinema will open in July, and it's shaping up to be a must visit attraction. Located at Segro Park in Bracknell, Berkshire, the facility looks likely to be the first demonstration facility in the country to feature DTS: X Pro, which builds on the immersive audio abilities of DTS:X audio by increasing the number of available channels from 11 to as many as 32.

This enables installers crater freedom when building a engrossing home cinema experience available for their customers.

The Invision Reference Home Cinema will also feature Trinnov’s Audio’s Altitude32 surround sound processor, the first surround processor for the domestic market to support up to 32 uniquely rendered DTS:X Pro audio channels.

This will drive 26 Procella speakers in an 11.4.8 configuration, with pictures supplied by a JVC DLA-N9X projector and Screen Innovation Zero Edge screen. Visitors will be able to sit back and enjoy the ultimate immersive audio experience in Cinema Module’s super-comfortable seats.

The room’s acoustic design was mapped by Audio Data Labs in Sweden, the team behind the ‘World’s best demo room’ at the CEDIA HQ in the USA.

Mark Taylor, Invision’s commercial director, said ‘We are truly delighted to be opening the Invision Reference Home Cinema. Our state-of-the-art space is perfect for demonstrating the latest home cinema possibilities to our customers. We are sure they will love it.’
Thhe distributor says it will announce the dates of the first of their special demonstration days soon.
