HD Connectivity has confirmed that HDMI-over-IP inventor and Just Add Power president Ed Qualls will run the second of its upcoming two-day Rethink HD Distribution training event, which takes place at the Morgan Motor Factory Aero Conference Room in Malvern, Worcestershire.

The company has told Inside CI that spaces are still available for the training programme, which kicks of on August 8th. Delegates can sign up for either or both sessions.

Course One, entitled Introduction to Multiroom HDTV Distribution Systems, will take place on August 8th. It's designed for those new to the world of HD distribution. Participants will walk away with the ability to specify, design and install an HDBaseT matrix system as well as offer any support necessary in the field.

Course Two, Large-scale HD Distribution Systems, runs on August 9th and is designed for more experienced installers who want to expand their skill base into IP and networked HD distribution systems. Just Add Power inventor Ed Qualls will oversee this, with the aim of enabling participants to design, install, program and support advanced HD over IP networked systems.

Tickets are just £25 for each day, and that includes a lunch, refreshments and a 3pm factory tour of the world famous Morgan Motors facility (pictured) - which seems a clincher to us. Every company attending will also receive a £100 HD Connectivity voucher. To attend either of the training days, email daniel (dot) adams (at) hdconnectivity (dot) com.
