Flexibility is high. The speakers can be mounted in shallow ceiling voids, with a minimum a space of 50mm. - and thanks to a moisture-proof specification, can be used in kitchens and bathrooms without complication. Room tuning options include a high frequency boost/cut 6dB switch, and a bass attenuation switch, providing level control if the speaker is located in a large void. Integrators can also take advantage of 180° phase adjustment, to better match resident subwoofers if required.

The Flexson 65X3 ceiling speaker retails for £200 a pair, and are available direct from Flexson.com. An optional extra is a matching pair pack of Flexson Square Speaker Grilles, available for £10 each. Flexson is also offering a bundle comprising a pair of in-ceiling speakers with a Sonos Connect: Amp.
