CEDIA  Crestron  Awards

Crestron had particular reason to celebrate at this year's CEDIA Region 1 Awards event, held at London's Hampton Court Palace. Not only did the brand take home the Best Trade Supplier accolade for the second year running (a gong voted for by the industry itself), but eight out of the 12 winning installs featured Crestron control and home automation systems.

Collecting the Best Trade Supplier trophy, UK managing director and international vice-president Robin van Meeuwen (pictured above, with CEDIA's Gary Lewis and Wendy Griffiths), declared: "We are absolutely delighted to have won this CEDIA award. We work very closely with our partners to provide the best service and product range possible. To be recognised by our customers as Best Trade Supplier two years in a row means a lot to the whole Crestron family. We put in a lot of work to support our customers and are very grateful that they recognise the team's efforts to go the extra mile. We will never let our customers down and are always here to support them in every way possible. Thank you again for recognising this as something unique to our company. It means a lot to the team and myself.""

The eight winning project categories built around Crestron systems spanned installs large and small and featured the work of T&T Automation, Perfect Integration, Smartcomm, Grahams Hi-Fi, It's Done Technology, Dawsons and SMC.
