OK, we’re calling it. The gong for best AV demo at ISE 2016 goes to… JBL and its DTS:X Synthesis home theatre demo. OK, admittedly the show hasn’t started yet, we don’t know what anyone else is doing and we haven’t actually heard it. But, c’mon. It’s a JBL Synthesis system running beta firmware for DTS:X. How is this not going to sound amazing?
If you want to see if we’re right head to the Harman Luxury Audio JBL Synthesis Cinema Room, in Hall 1 (Stand: 1-N110). Here the brand will be running the new Synthesis SCL-3 in-wall/ceiling speakers for the main L/C/R and ten SCL-4 speakers providing side/rear/height channels. The system is a 9.4.4 configuration. Electronics comprise SDP-75 Surround processor, SDA 4600/SDA8300 amplifiers, SDEC5500 and four S1S-EX 18-inch Subwoofers.
All the seats for Tuesday 9 are booked, but you should be able to grab a space on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Don’t miss what’s likely to be a kick-ass DTS:X session. To reserve a place, call the Karma Team at 01423 358 846. You heard it here first. Best demo of ISE 2016. Probably.
