iPad wall mount specialist iRoom has introduced the miniDock Motorised, Available via leading CI distributor Invision UK, the new mount reflects the growing adoption of Apple's mini slate as a control solution, and offers a host of features. In addition to motorised mounting, the new miniDock features a Bluetooth audio adapter and can be used in landscape or portrait orientation. iRoom supplies a flush-mounted back box for seamless installation. The brand says the new wall mount is compatible with the iPad Mini with Retina display, after "a very simple upgrade to the guide rails."  The miniDock Motorised utilises a combined 240V and PoE PCB, so a single Cat5 cable is all that required for installation.

"This product has been requested ever since the original miniDock was released in 2013," explains Invision UK's David Meyerowitz. "It's fantastic news for integrators as the iPad Mini is proving to be the preferred tablet in many control solutions and commercially in hotels and boardrooms. With the miniDock Motorised, iRoom has given the miniDock a premium feature set." For more details call Invision UK on 01359 270280.
