Invision UK has acquired the business and assets of Anthem AV Solutions Limited, the East Sussex-based specialist distributor of high-end home cinema products. Anthem AV Solutions was founded in 2008 by the late Alan Roser, and boasts a portfolio of exclusive home cinema brands, including Paradigm (pictured above), Anthem, SIM2, Trinnov, DVDO and Screen Innovations.

Following the acquisition, Anthem AVS will continue to operate as a standalone division. The surprise move reflects Invision UK’s growing interest in the custom home cinema market. “This investment will allow Anthem AV Solutions to retain their focus on the supply of high-end home cinema products to professional installers and to continue to expand, with the supportof Invision UK,” says Steve Beahan, Invision UK UK MD. “With Ultra HD Displays, 4K Streaming TV and Dolby Atmos already heading into UK living rooms, this an exciting time to be in the high-end home cinema business.”
