Epson expands CoverPlus365 pre- and post-sale service and support across Europe

Epson is rolling out its pre- and post-sale service and support programme across Europe. Announced at ISE 2015, CoverPlus365 gives installation customers direct access to trained Epson experts, able to provide guidance and support when required. The brand says this covers everything from pre-sales advice to system integration and installation. With the new programme, customers will have access to spare projectors, lamps and filters to store on their site. This will help provide maximum continuity and keep downtime to an absolute minimum, ideal for business critical installations.

CoverPlus365 was first trialled in the UK. Daniel Rose, product manager for Epson Europe, says: “ISE provides us with the ideal venue for the launch of our new best-in-class service programme. CoverPlus365 provides our customers with unmatched service responsiveness and will help us cement our growing reputation for providing unrivalled support and assistance to the AV market.”

Epson boasts a service centre network of over 370 projector service points across 63 countries. Epson’s e-Service team also provides customer support and assistance via online chat, phone email and social media.
