Crestron will be putting DigitalMedia 3.0 centrestage at ISE 2015. Its new 4K.AV Framework is being positioned as a complete 4K distribution solution, with 4K upscaling and downscaling, plus streaming functionality right out of the box. All you need is a source, says the company. The latest card-based Crestron DM switchers can receive a high-performance H.264 video stream over an IP network, be it from an IP camera, streaming server, or from a streaming output card in another DM switcher. Because DigitalMedia provides both point-to-point and streaming on a single platform, the signal can be distributed via HDMI, HDBaseT, or fibre.

Visitors to Crestron booths 2-C24, 2-E24, 2-E36 will also be able to take a closer look at Pyng, the simplified home automation system. Setup and control is controlled directly from the Pyng iPad app. Pyng integrates DigitalMedia, audio distribution, and additional functionality..

ISE runs February 10-12, at the Amsterdam RAI. For more information about Integrated Systems Europe visit our resource page here.
